Concord Avenue is a two-way, three-block long street in Dukes that runs from Dukes Drive to Valley Forge Avenue.
Description[]
The northside of the street contains several houses, while the southside features two abandoned stores. Under the East Borough Bridge is an auto repair shop. In the middle of the street is a construction site which is blocking the road, meaning there is no way to legally get from one end to the other in a vehicle.
