As with its predecessors, the radio stations of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories provide satirical commercials for products, events, and organizations.

  • Ammu-Nation — Providing gun safety to the community for over 30 years, Ammu-Nation is preparing to protect kids' rights by hosting Saturday Safety Fun events and teaching children about gun safety with help from Derek the Dodo.
  • Jeremy Robard's Import/Export - Robard's own business which involves leasing a speedboat and racing offshore to collect "special cargo" and bringing it back to Viceport in order to earn some money.
  • The Imponte Insurrection Turbo XRZ5X2 - An American sports car that does not appear in the game, similar to the Maibatsu vehicles of the previous games, like the Thunder and the Womb. The Insurrection is a V-8 powered sports car made to appeal to men suffering a midlife crisis.
  • Angel and the Knight - An action TV show starring Chris Van Angel and Bonnie Knight, two private detectives who fight crime and their personal demons and live on a speedboat, as well as owning a helicopter that can go underwater. The show airs Tuesday Nights at 7.
  • Evacuator - The first part of the Evacuator Trilogy, starring Jack Howitzer, where his character, Tim, under orders from the US Government, must go to Vietnam to save prisoners of war who are still being held captive while he suffers flashbacks from the war.
  • Evacuator Playset - A playset released as a merchandising tie-in to the movie Evacuator. The playset includes a Venezuelan village, villagers and real napalm.
  • Redwood Juniors - Redwood-branded candy cigarettes marketed towards children in order to get them to start smoking.
  • The Barfs - A cartoon starring the titular Barfs, with each Barf having a unique personality and a firearm for protection and fun. Has lots of branded merchandise, including toys and drinking glasses. The show airs Saturday Mornings at 9.
  • Camus - A line of denim clothes with sexual innuendo-filled advertising.
  • Push-Up - The Movie - Another movie starring Jack Howitzer, who plays the role of Bruno, a drunk insurance seller who was a former push-up champion, having lost respect of his son, Timmy, as well as his wife, and must train hard and participate in a push-up contest against a Russian man to win back his manhood and respect from his family.
  • Fast-Forward In Vehicle Audio - An electronics store selling vehicle audio equipment, such as detachable car tape decks and graphic equalizers.
  • Little Lacy Surprise - A commercial advertising fashion underwear for young children, featuring tie-ins to the Barfs and Evacuator, and even has Jack Howitzer endorsing the clothing line. Available in boys, girls and unisex sizes, not available in all states.
  • Twilight Knife - A parody of slasher films of the 1980s, similar to Knife After Dark, which was released two years later.
  • The Buy American Coalition - A commercial encouraging people to purchase American goods over foreign ones, and to "take a mallet to a Maibatsu". Features spokespeople who were fired from American Motors.
  • Athena 200's - A brand of cigarettes marketed specifically towards women.
  • Release - A brand of chewing gum with suggestive advertising, saying it "shoots a load in your mouth".
  • Fruit LC - A computer advertised in a spoof of Apple's "1984" commercial. Features include software on cassette tapes, 18K of memory and a two-tone 8-inch monitor, costing $5,000.
  • Logger Beer - Returning from GTA San Andreas, Logger is sold in a shotgun barrel, known as Double-Aught Logger, intended for people who want to drink the beer quickly.
  • Jock Cranley's Public Service Announcement - In association with The Wave 103 and Consider Our Kids Everyday, Cranley advises kids not to take drugs after admitting to have problems with them and getting in trouble with the DEA.
