Club Liberty is a bar in Grand Theft Auto IV. It's located in Northwood, Algonquin at the intersection Wardite Street and Galveston Ave. It's a good high-end place to take friends or dates out for drinking. Little Jacob mostly likes this bar, so does Dwayne. Carmen Ortiz, one of the girlfirends that Niko can date likes this bar too.
