Whilst heavily implied it is a mission given by Trevor Philips, it is not offered via a phone message but started by walking into the blue corona (marked by a star icon on the players radar) by the Beam Me Up art installation in GTA Online freemode.
4 Players must split into two co-operative teams. 2 Snipers and 2 Transporters. Players must co-operate to steal 2 RVs from 2 groups of The Lost MC bikers at the southern edge of the Senora National Park and deliver them to a drop off point at the Sandy Shores gas station near Trevor's trailer.
