The Civic Citadel is a building complex in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars located in City Hall, Algonquin.

Semantic[]

While it is unclear what exactly the Civic Citadel is, several clues in Grand Theft Auto IV permit one to assume what it might be. In Entourage, Bobby Jefferson, expected at City Hall, tells Niko "You've got to get us to the Civic Citadel"; whereas Brucie calls the Denver Avenue Building "Civic Citadel" as well during one of his helicopter rides. Furthermore, the Liberty City Area Map of the GTA IV Manual marks 233 Liberty Lane as a Point of Interest bearing the same name. One may therefore reasonably assume that the Civic Citadel designates City Hall, the Denver Avenue Building, 233 Liberty Lane and City Hall Park collectively.

Description[]
