The City of Liberty Paramedics (COLP), also known simply as "MS Paramedics", are a medical service operating in Liberty City and the State of Alderney in Grand Theft Auto IV, Episodes from Liberty City and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.
Description[]
The MS Paramedics are the only medical service operating across Liberty City and Alderney in GTA IV and GTA Chinatown Wars. They operate a fleet of Ambulances.
The service's emblem depicts a white crest with red border, featuring a black Star of Life in the center with a red ECG line across it. The emblem is titled "City of Liberty MS Paramedic".
It is possible to call for the paramedics using the player's mobile phone by dialing 911, and selecting "2" after to request for two paramedics in an Ambulance to arrive and treat wounds of the player or non-player characters at a cost. If no one is available for treatment upon their arrival, the paramedics will simply believe they received a prank call and leave.
Uniform[]
The paramedics wear a dark navy blue with white reflective strips outer jacket with a white work shirt on underneath, navy blue pants, latex medical gloves, and black shoes. They also have a stethoscope wrapped around their neck and radio hooked on the right side of their pocket leg. They can sometimes be seen carry a black medical bag which has additional medical tools, bandages, and supplies.
Vehicles[]
The service utilize the Brute Ambulance, sporting a red and white livery, and bearing the "MS Paramedic" name and logo. Their ambulances can be found parked at all Hospitals across both Liberty City and Alderney.
The Ambulance livery appears to be based on that of the former Fire Department of New York livery used in the 1990s.[1]

The City of Liberty Paramedics Ambulances can be found parked at all hospitals across Liberty City and Alderney, suggesting they operate at all hospitals. Several of these hospitals, including Bohan and Cerveza Heights, also feature the same winged sryinge emblem used on the Ambulance.

- The logo of the Liberty Sanitation Department can be seen on the side of the ambulance which shows the syringe and a pair of wings. The same logo also appears on the Los Santos Medical Center livery for the Ambulance in GTA V.
