Chu Wing Dung is a businessman who runs the Rampant Cockerel restaurant in Wood Hill, San Andreas.
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
By 1997, Chu Wing Dung pays protection money to Uncle Fu, who sends the GTA Protagonist to collect the money. He drives a purple Vulture. Unlike the other three restaurant owners, he is angry at the fact he has to pay the player, and even curses them.
