Plummer joined Rockstar in November 2004 as a game analyst.
As part of the Rockstar Test Team, Plummer was credited on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto Advance, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost and Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. He was also credited as part of the team behind Rockstar Games Social Club integration into Grand Theft Auto V, and as product director on Grand Theft Auto Online.
He also provided the voice of pedestrians in GTA San Andreas, GTA IV and The Ballad of Gay Tony.
He was also credited on the Manhunt, Midnight Club and Red Dead series, as well as The Warriors, Bully, Rockstar Games presents Table Tennis and L.A. Noire.
