Portland Big Brown is a 173 m (567,5 ft) tall building in the Chinatown district in Portland, Liberty City, wich appears in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
Description
The Portland Big Brown is the tallest building in Portland and one of the highest in the city, located within the boundaries of Chinatown with Red Light District. Is inaccessible to enter, just by being part of the scenery as most other buildings in the city, but during the night you can see some lights on in the building.
In the beta, the Portland Big Brown looked the same.
