Template:Infobox Structures Portland Big Brown is a tall building in the Chinatown district in Portland, Liberty City, which appears in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.

Description

The Portland Big Brown is the tallest building in Portland and one of the highest in the city, located within the boundaries of Chinatown with Red Light District. It is inaccessible to the player, just by being part of the scenery as most other buildings in the city, but during the night it is possible to see some lights on in the building. The building does not seem to draw any influences from any specific existing skyscraper, appearing as a somewhat generic-looking 20th century building. Its facade is dark gray.
