Lieberman is a gambler who has been arrested for embezzlement.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
In the summer of 2024, Lieberman skips his bail condition and is targeted by Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement. At the time, Lieberman owes a big sum of money to the Armenian Mob after gambling their money on a Corkers baseball game, and is captured by their loansharks.
The GTA Online Protagonist tracks down Lieberman's location to an abandoned warehouse guarded by Armenian gangsters. Upon reaching the office where Lieberman is being held captive by the boss of the loan sharks, the GTA Online Protagonist eliminates the Armenian gangster and captures Lieberman dead or alive.
