Charlie Reed is a main character, mechanic and a heist crew member appearing in Grand Theft Auto Online.

Smuggler's Run[]
Charlie is an aircraft mechanic added in the Smuggler's Run update who operates the aircraft modification shop in smuggler Hangars when the GTA Online Protagonist purchases the upgrade to the hangar.
Charlie is introduced by Ron Jakowski as being an ex-United States Air Force mechanic who was made the fall guy for an accident involving a plane "falling out of the sky".
He wears an Air Force sleeveless hoodie, urban camo pants and has an Army tattoo on his left arm.
The Diamond Casino Heist[]
Charlie appears as a selectable gunman for The Diamond Casino Heist (confirming his identity), being the one with below average skills and second to lowest cut, at 7%. He is unlocked as a support crew member when the player owns a Hangar and completes the business setup mission.
In the preparation "Unmarked Weapons", Charlie will provide the following loadouts:

Charlie is an available support crew member for The Cayo Perico Heist through his association with Pavel if the player owns a hangar. He can provide one airstrike on Cayo Perico with a P-996 LAZER through the Interaction Menu for $12,000 provided the air defenses have been neutralized.

In 2023, Charlie tasks the player to join his elite group of mercenaries, known as the "Los Santos Angels", in order to combat the influence of Merryweather Security.
LSA Operations[]
These include jumping out of a chopper and onto the deck of an aircraft carrier under cover of darkness, calling in a bombing run, and using an EMP blast to knock out a government installation. LSA Operations can also be launched by calling Charlie directly from your iFruit after your Operations Terminal has been installed.”
As a part of San Andreas Mercenaries, a set of three Free Mode "private contracts" are available from the Avenger Operations Terminal, or from calling Charlie on the player's IFruit phone.
