For its predecessor from GTA San Andreas, see Radio X.
Channel X is a radio station featured in Grand Theft Auto V that plays punk rock.
Description
Channel X is a station that mainly plays songs from key bands in the Los Angeles punk scene of the late 1970's and early 1980's, although acts from elsewhere are also featured. The station is hosted by seasoned punk veteran Keith Morris, ex-lead singer of the Circle Jerks, Black Flag and is now the lead singer of Off!, who punctuates songs with tales of his younger days and bitter complaints about modern society. The station may be based on 91X, a hard rock station in Baja California that has a similar name and frequency (91.1).
It is one of the preferred stations of Trevor Philips and the Blaine County chapter of The Lost MC.

Trivia
- One of the station's stingers, which says "We've been Radio X for too long!" This implies that the station was previously known as Radio X, although it could also simply be an easter egg.
- Liberty City Hardcore is indirectly referenced by Keith as "the punk scene in Liberty City."
- The station's stingers are read by a British man and woman, a nod to the London punk scene.
- In some intros, Keith will introduce "My War" with "Black Flag, My War. I know these guys. You're not my friend!", a reference to the on-going conflict with Black Flag after he left the band.
