Channel X: The Rejected Soundtrack is a compilation album consisting of music that was submitted to Rockstar Games by Posh Boy Records with the intention of being included on Channel X prior to the launch of Grand Theft Auto V.[1] It remains unknown whether these pitched songs were ever considered for the final soundtrack[2], but it is worth mentioning that some of the songs initially released by Posh Boy Records did make it onto the Channel X tracklist, and one songone songAgent Orange – Bloodstains was discovered in an early version of GTA V on a PlayStation 3 development kit.[3] Released on December 1st, 2014, the album was made available on Bandcamp and Spotify, featuring four additional bonus tracks.
The album was not authorized by Rockstar Games.
