Cesar Vialpando is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas given to Carl Johnson by Sweet at Sweet's house in the Grove Street cul-de-sac in the Ganton district of Los Santos, San Andreas.
Mission
CJ drops by Sweet's house only to find him and Kendl arguing because Kendl is dating Cesar Vialpando, the leader of a rival gang, the Varrios Los Aztecas. After a while, Kendl leaves, while Sweet furiously tells CJ to go and watch over Kendl in case anything happens.
CJ goes to the Loco Low Co. garage in Willowfield. Once there, he is given a Savanna by a worker who says he has owed Sweet from way back. CJ modifies the car and then goes to the meet in Unity Station where Kendl and Cesar are going to be. Upon arriving, he competes against a Varrios Los Aztecas gang member in a lowrider competition. After getting more points on bouncing his lowrider's hydraulics, CJ wins the wager he made.
Kendl happily celebrates and hugs CJ just as Cesar shows up and shakes hands with him. All of a sudden, a verbal argument ensues and one of Cesar's friends tries to start a fight with CJ. Cesar, however, manages to stop it. Things calm down, and Cesar explains that CJ has to accept that Cesar treats Kendl well, and is her boyfriend. Cesar and CJ then introduce themselves to each other, and head to their own ways.

In order to complete the mission the player must:
- Go to the garage in Willowfield
- Back up the lowrider into the mod garage
- Get to the lowrider meeting
- Use the suspension controls to bounce in time with the music

CJ: Hey, who is this?
Cesar: What's up homie? It's Cesar Vialpando cabron, que honda?
CJ: You seen Kendl?
Cesar: Yeah, she's around. Pero mira, I was just hitting you up to say that you drive good and you like cars, eh, so eh...
CJ: Yeah, I guess, where we going with this?
Cesar: Well yeah, you wanna make something, a little money?
CJ; Does the Pope shit in the woods?
Cesar: I don't know, but if you do want a little extra, there's plenty money to be made racing.
CJ: You're talking illegal street racing, hell yeah!
Cesar: No hoopties, holmes, just lowriders. Nice ones. It gotta be nice, or you don't get in, eh.
CJ: OK, I'm in. When and where?
Cesar: Drop by the spot in El Corona, I'll take you to the meet, vouch for you. These guys... These guys can be nervous to new racers, eh.
Reward
The reward for completing Cesar Viapando is the amount of money chosen for the wager.

Trivia
- Kendl can be seen taking a pink jar of Slick-O-Greese Sex Lard with her before she goes to see Cesar.
- When CJ is confronted by Cesar's gang members, the one speaking is seen in "The Introduction".
- The higher the stake in the lowrider challenge, the more difficult it is.
- An added challenge in Cesar Vialpando is to keep the low-rider you receive from being damaged, especially after paying for it to be modified (at least until Cesar Vialpando is complete). Pay 'n' Sprays can be utilized to repair damage (without drastically changing the vehicle's look), which is important for later low-rider challenges.
- Should the original Savanna be lost, you may often find one parked in the strip mall parking lot directly south of the Johnson House.
