The Celltowa Building is an office building in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online, located at the intersection of San Andreas Avenue and South Rockford Drive in Little Seoul and Vespucci Canals, Los Santos, just west of Decker Park.

The building is most likely the head office of the Celltowa company in San Andreas. It is not accessible and plays no role in Grand Theft Auto V. Although, in 2021, the GTA Online Protagonist can choose it as one of their Agencies in The Contract update.
Influence[]
The building is likely based on the LAUSD Headquarters, also known as Beaudry Center, a 29-story, 365 ft (111 m) skyscraper in Westlake, Los Angeles.[1] However, the Celltowa Building appears to be shorter than its real life counterpart.
