
Carlo is a cut character scheduled to appear in Grand Theft Auto Advance.[1]

No information is given about the character in the Design Document. He is listed in a wishlist of character artworks for cutscenes as of the 26 February 2003 revision of the game's Design Document.
Leftover variables for Carlo's five missions can be found in the ROM file, usually listed along with Vinnie's missions (still labelled as "Reg & Ned" missions in the files) and before Joey Leone's cut missions, essentially confirming he was a mission contact in Portland.
Carlo's fifth mission is known to have a mission objective of wiring a car, as evidenced by the unused variable "wirethecar_carlo5
" listed before the unused variables for Joey's missions and the variables for the in-game Jonnie missions.
As with other story missions, Carlo's missions have mission failed states labelled as "globalfuckup
"/"globalbusted
".
