Carl Bradshaw (born in Kingston, Jamaica) is a Jamaican radio DJ and actor who has been described as "Jamaica's most renowned actor" and "arguably Jamaica's premier actor"
Career
Bradshaw voices himself in Grand Theft Auto IV, hosting the Tuff Gong Radio station in Liberty City. Much like other DJs of reggae stations in the Grand Theft Auto series, Bradshaw is distinguished by his laid back Jamaican accent. On several occasions, he also encourages listeners to continue tuning into the station and listening to the station's predominantly Bob Marley soundtrack, while preaching non-violence and protesting low-quality entertainment and products like Banging Trash Can Lids for an Hour and the Excelsior Extreme 9.
During friendship activities with Little Jacob, Jacob mentions that even though he does not know him personally, he feels that Bradshaw's message and music are so closely aligned with Jacob's own rastafari beliefs, so he considers him his Uncle.
