Campbell-John Dick (also known as "Campbell J. Dick" and credited as "C-J Dick" and "CJ Dick") was a senior interiors artist at Rockstar North.

Career[]

Campbell-John Dick joined Rockstar in circa 2002.

He was credited as an artist on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto V.

Props and art made by him have the "cj_" prefix within the game files. A hidden test map made by him, named "CJ_Test"[1], was used during the development of Grand Theft Auto IV for testing dynamic props, timed objects and events, character animations, lighting effects and building interiors in the game. Various other props, buildings and interiors, as well as graphics, logos, textures and decals bear the prefix, as well as several data logs and files.

Campbell-John Dick added a picture of himself as a texture in Manhunt and can be found during Press Coverage, in a portrait inside the Journalist's apartment in Central. Ironically, the texture of his picture is named "CJ_CJ" in the game files.[2]
