The Campaign Rumpo is a variant of the Rumpo, which features a large pair of loudspeakers mounted on its roof, for announcing campaign speeches. Unlike the Rumpo, however, the vehicle features a two-tone paintjob, but only after it is taken to a Pay 'n' Spray. Otherwise, the vehicle comes either in red or blue.

- The van is set to spawn with two color schemes according to the game files. However, these colors are only used after the vehicle is taken to a Pay'n'Spray. The parked van spawns by default either completely red or completely blue, even though these colors are not associated with the van in the game files.
