The CEO is a character who appears as a secondary in The Lost and Damned, with a very small role. She is a friend of Thomas Stubbs III, the corrupt congressman. She was involved with the BAWSAQ crash and was therefore arrested. The job of Johnny Klebitz is to rescue her from the area of arrest and release her.
Events of The Lost and Damned
Thomas Stubbs III 's friend, the CEO, was recently arrested in Vitullo Avenue, In Berchem, because she had been involved in the recent crashes of the BAWSAQ. Stubbs instructed Johnny Klebitz to go to Vitullo Avenue, release the CEO and take her to her helipad. Johnny goes there and discovers that the cops and feds have the counselor against a car, handcuffed. Johnny confronts all the cops and feds and uses the keys to free the woman. Both get on the Sentinel that the CEO owned. On the road to the Alderney City helipad where the CEO will flee, they both talk. She claims that her lover and assistant, Juan Pedro waits for her away from there. Johnny despises women for their corrupt acts. Upon arriving at the helipad, the woman enters a helicopter, from which she climbs with Juan Pedro to a Marquis and asks for a mojito, because she is very tired.

- She may have links with the Ancelotti Crime Family, since she says she owns the helipad while in the mission Ladies' Night in The Ballad of Gay Tony, Gay Tony mentions that the helipad is owned by the Ancelottis.
