The Bulwark is a sedan used by the Russian Mafia. Given its association with the Russians, the car is presumably based on the Soviet GAZ M22 Volga. However, the internal name of the car is BUICK, a reference to the American-based Buick motor company. The current name also seems to imply a Buick Skylark.
Just like the rest of the gang cars, the Bulwark only comes in one color, as well as sporting the Russian Red Star of the roof.

The Bulwark is a decent car, good for any situation. It may not have a high top speed, but it's acceleration is pretty good, so is the handling. It sticks to the road good too. It can be destroyed with two rocket launcher shots, two Molotov Cocktails, or two Grenades, making it, ironically even tougher than the Karma Bus, the Krishna's gang vehicle. Overall, it's the best armored gang car in the game.
