Background[]
Nothing is known about Bryson's background and how he managed to track down the GTA Protagonist.
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
Bryson first contacts the GTA Protagonist while he is working for Uncle Fu's Crime Syndicate in San Andreas, and tells them to collect a briefcase from an alleyway. However, the case is armed with a bomb and the protagonist drives and walks to various locations, following orders from Bryson, in an attempt to disable the bomb. Bryson then sends some hitmen after the protagonist, who are all killed.
Some time later, while the GTA Protagonist is working for El Burro, Bryson anonymously contacts El Burro and tells him about merchandise hidden in a car. El Burro sends the protagonist to collect it; however, it turns out to be armed with another bomb. The protagonist once again drives and walks to various locations in an attempt to disarm the bomb. Bryson then gives the player a challenge: kill him before he reaches the bomb trigger in Sunview. Once the protagonist kills him, the bomb is disarmed.
