Brucie Kibbutz's apartment is located in the former The East Storage Co. Building (converted into a residential warehouse loft), adjacent to the RON gas station on Mohanet Avenue in BOABO, Broker. It serves as a starting point of some of his story missions. A helipad is located on the rooftop of the building, and is used during Heli Rides, as part of Brucie's unique Friend Activities.
In The Ballad of Gay Tony, the apartment serves as the starting point of Mori Kibbutz's missions. The building also appears in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, although it plays no role in the storyline. The helipad is also absent.
