The Brown-Eye Sewage Plant is a landmark and sewage plant located in the far north eastern corner of the Industrial District in Grand Theft Auto 2.
Description[]
The sewage plant is located in the northeastern portion of Pravda, and is operated by the Russian Mafia led by Jerkov. Many Russian gangsters can be found around the plant.
In addition, this is the contact point for Russian Mafia boss Jerkov when the player has moderate respect for his gang.

Events of Grand Theft Auto 2[]
Jerkov uses the yellow payphones in the facility to give Claude Speed three missions, including destroying law enforcement vehicles across town so Jerkov can extort money from the authorities, and protecting Jerkov from a group of Hare Krishna hitmen and Zaibatsu tanks.

- Shotgun - Near the yellow phones, using the stairs on the west side to get to the roofs.
- Rocket Launcher - Roof of the processing plant (accessible from the stairs near the entrance), across the angled roof.
- Grenades - North side of the processing plant, between the two pairs of water tanks.

- Located to the northeast of the yellow phones. At the air vent on the roof, using the stairs on the west side to get there.
Body Armor[]
- Located next to a water tank to the north of the yellow phones. At the northwest tower on the roof, using the stairs on the west side to get there.
Power-ups[]
- Get out of jail Free Card - The player needs to find the north edge and head to the northeast corner of the map.

- Special Token - Located on top of the building in front of the main entrance.
