Brian is a "groundbreaking illusionist" from Liberty City. He has in the past performed many great magical tricks such as once making his junk disappear between his legs and a stunt where he shrunk his head to half its size live in space.

Vesuvius is likely a parody of David Blaine.

The name and "disappearing junk" appear to be a reference to Wizard Vaarsuvius of Order of the Stick, known for a lack of clearly established sex.
