The utility variant of the Brute Boxville is a van appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Design[]
The vehicle appears as a Los Santos Department of Sanitation and Los Santos Department of Water & Power variant of the Boxville, equipped with piping on the roof and stacks of cones mounted on the front bumper. It also features four functional amber beacons on each corner of the roof, which can be activated using the horn button. When doing so, other vehicles will move out of the way in the same they would for emergency vehicles. This version is also fitted with a CB radio, and occasional trucker chatter can be heard regardless of whether the main radio is turned on or off. The chatter will only play if playing as Trevor and in Blaine County.
While both the LSDS livery and the LSDWP livery existed in the game's initial release, the LSDS livery was removed in the Heists update for the enhanced versions of the game. The livery can still be seen in the original versions of the game (see Trivia).

Trivia[]
- The utility Boxville's Los Santos Department of Sanitation (LSDS) livery was removed in the Heists update, but only affecting the enhanced versions (Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC) of the game, meaning it can still be seen on the original Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game.[2] The texture file also still exists in the base game's vehicle texture file, which is unused.[1]
