Bosnia and Herzegovina, more commonly known as Bosnia, is a country located in Southeastern Europe. Formerly part of Yugoslavia, the country is bordered by Croatia to the north, west and south, Serbia to the east and Montenegro to the southeast.

- The protagonist of Grand Theft Auto IV, Niko Bellic, was a teenage soldier during the Yugoslav Wars.
- Niko, Roman, Darko, Florian and the other men from the fifteen man squad are possibly from a Bosnian Croat section of Bosnia as told by the Serbo-Croatian dialect Niko speaks and the writing of his mother which is Croatian in origin.
- Solomun, a native Bosnian, was first introduced in GTA Online: After Hours as a real character as he needed to be rescued after the pilot had passed out from fatigue. After safely landing the plane at the Sandy Shores Airfield runway, he is transported to the nightclub by the GTA Online Protagonist and can be selected as a DJ.
