The Borlock Road Building is an unnamed skyscraper appearing in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, located in Fishmarket South, Algonquin.
Description[]
The building is located between the roads Borlock and Privateer, with the Broker Bridge overpass to the north and a small alleyway between it and another building to the south.
The first floor of the building is traversed by a walkway that runs parallel to the facade. The main entrance, located on Privateer Road, is covered by a canopy.
It appears as a 31-story high skyscraper, presumably serving as an office building, on the water front, facing out onto Union Drive East. Beneath the building is Privateer Road.
Borlock Road Building is one of three large skyscraper located within a street of each other along the sea front, situated to the north of the Borlock Road-Barium Street Building and South Parkway Building. The Privateer Road Building is situated to the north of the building at the other side of the Broker Bridge.
Influence[]
The building resembles 55 Water Street in Manhattan, New York City, with several changes to the northern face of the building and the ground complex.
