His father is Pa Wayne and he has many siblings, which include: Bob, Joleyn, Mary Beth, Jethro, Seth, Lazy Balls, Peter Lee, Boff, Sammy Jo, Teri Barbara, Maggie May, Bonny, Jonny W., Billy Bob and Fabrizio. Bobby Bill's name is a reversal of "Billy Bob", a stereotypical name for a redneck, and also one of his brothers' name.
