Victor visits his brother, Lance, at his Lance's apartment. While inside he finds Phil Cassidy wielding a gun. Victor surprised, opens the door and sees Umberto Robina, the leader of the Cubans, before Lance arrives. Victor is informed that the Mendez Cartel are going to hit the Vance Crime Family's business empires and so Lance has brought some of Victor's friends to help out. The gang head outside while Phil, Umberto and two of his gang members drive away in a Gang Rancher. Lance takes out a M4 Carbine from his Infernus' trunk and gets in the car. In a time limit of eight minutes, Victor and Lance get to the first business and successfully defend it from Mendez's goons. After defending the three businesses, Lance receives a message from Umberto and Phil telling him that they have successfully defended all of the businesses they went to.

We're about to get hit by those Mendez guys, thought we could use some of your buddies to crash the party.

Victor:

Lance:
Yeah, let's pop! Ha ha haaa!
Everyone goes outside. Phil and Umberto's gang head out in a Gang Rancher, while Vic and Lance use the Infernus.
Victor:
We should spread out and cover as much ground as we can. Let me know if you need any help.
Lance:
Wait up. I'm gonna need some serious artillery for this gig...
Lance walks to the rear end of the Infernus and pulls a weapon out of the trunk.
Lance:
Helloooo Mr. M4. M-for Motherfucker, that's right. Let's go.
Vic and Lance head to the first business under attack, taking out the Mendez Cartel goons that keep coming after them.
Lance:
My name is Lance Vance. It's time to dance.
Simon says... eat lead and play dead.
I'm lean and I'm mean and I'm here to clean.
C'mon Vic. We’ve got them on the run.
Vic and Lance finish with the first business and head to the second business under attack.
Lance:
Man, we’re the badasses on the block! Let's get to the next ass-kicking. Did you see me taking 'em down? I'm the black killa from Manila! The Manila Blilla!
Victor:
You’re a blidiot. Now shut up.
Vic and Lance arrive at the second business under attack, attacking more Mendez goons.
Lance:
I'm the Lance Vance-erator.
Ain't nothing can hurt me.
I'll put you ALL in a Lance Vance trance.
They're running for it. Time to turn up the pain!
Vic and Lance finish with the second business and head to the third business under attack.
Lance:
We rolled over them like a big, bad bowling ball. Let's find another lane of pain. C'mon! Aw, man. This is easy.
Victor:
We've been lucky so far. Stop being such a dick ...'Lance-erator'.
Lance:
I killed more than you. I should be in charge of this outfit.
Victor:
Bite me.
Vic and Lance arrive at the third business under attack, attacking more Mendez goons.
Lance:
Let's get after them.
Look at them run! Ha ha ha!
We're kicking their asses!
I can't believe it. We're winning.
Once the last of the Mendez Cartel goons dies. Vic and Lance reign victorious once more.
Lance:
I just received a message from Umberto and Phil. They've been kicking asses, just like us.
Victor:
You mean we did it? We won?
Lance:
Yeah! The Mendez brothers can kiss my ass. They thought they could take us down.
Victor:
This ain't over yet.
Lance:
They're finished. We should take the fight to them. And I know just the man to make it happen.

When Lance calls himself the "Lance-erator", it is a possible reference to the movie The Terminator.
"Blitzkrieg" is a German word which translates into English as "flash war" or "lightning war". It was a German tactical and operational methodology in the first half of the Second World War and was considered an advanced method of warfare for its time.
If the player owns an empire building in Ocean Beach, attacking goons can sometimes get stuck behind a wall that separates the land and the beach. The player needs to find them and kill them to advance to the next objective.
In the second cutscene of the mission, Lance retrieves an M4 from the back of his Infernus, despite the trunk of the car being at the front. This discrepancy might be due to the type of cutscene, where a person opening the trunk of a car was not animated according to the game's mechanics, which is not the case for mocap cutscenes.
