Blackfield Stadium is the primary stadium in Las Venturas, San Andreas, that appears in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Description[]
The stadium is located along Julius Thruway West, in the Blackfield district, hence the name. Nearby the stadium are the Las Venturas Airport, the Bike School and Greenglass College.
Blackfield Stadium is the location of two side missions, which involve riding a Sanchez, whether it be a checkpoint collection or a race. During these side missions, either Humble Pie - "Get Down to It" (1973) or Living Colour - "Cult of Personality" (1988) can be heard playing with added reverb. They can also be heard playing on K-DST and Radio X respectively, although lacking the reverb.
A Dune and a BF Injection spawn as rewards outside the stadium once the side missions have been completed.
Influence[]
It is based on the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, with some resemblance to the Dorton Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina, as well as the Estádio do Dragão in Porto, Portugal.
