The Bismarck Avenue Building is an unnamed office building in the Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, located in Easton, Algonquin, Liberty City.
Description[]
The Bismarck Avenue Building appears as a large skyscraper in the Easton neighborhood, bounded by Columbus Avenue to the west and Jade Street and Bismarck Avenue to the north. It is situated just south of the Zirconium Building and north of the looming GetaLife Building, which completely obstructs its view from the south, and the surrounding skyscrapers in the north, east and west make it difficult to see completely. Despite this, it remains a prominent landmark when driving south down Bismarck Avenue, partially due to its impressive sculpture display at the base.
The building remains unnamed in-game and completely unmentioned in the storyline.
Much of the texture work for this building is shared with the Algonquin Municipal Building.

The building appears to be based on the Helmsley Building[1] located in New York, United States.
