Maria: "I told him I was in love with somebody else. I told him about me and you, Toni. And then he hit me!"

Biker Heat is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories given to protagonist Toni Cipriani by Maria Latore from her home in the Saint Mark's district of Portland, Liberty City.

Mission

Toni arrives at Maria's apartment again, where it is apparent something has happened as Maria is found weeping on her bed. Maria reveals Wayne has hit her, prompting an angry Toni goes to a biker gathering in Chinatown to confront him.

Wayne, having learned of Toni intentions, flees on his motorbike, leaving his fellow gang members to attack Toni, with Toni managing to escape (or kill) the attacking Bikers before chasing and killing Wayne.

Deaths

Cedric "Wayne" Fotheringay - Killed by Toni Cipriani for hitting Maria Latore.
(Optional) Various members of Cedric "Wayne" Fotheringay's gang - Can be killed by Toni Cipriani for getting in his way of killing Cedric "Wayne" Fotheringay.

Reward

The reward for completing the mission is $1,500 and unlocks the Overdose of Trouble mission for Maria. The player can also take Wayne's red bullet-proof PCJ-600 and park it in their garage to save it.

Trivia

A Love Fist poster can be seen in Maria's apartment bedroom during the opening cutscene.
Upon killing Wayne, he will drop a Stubby Shotgun and a Chisel.
Instead if chasing Wayne around, the player can use a fast and heavy vehicle to knock Wayne off his bike and then stop the car on top of him and kick him to death.
After Wayne dismounts his bike, if the player pursues him on foot and doesn't kill him, he will jump into the water and drown, effectively rendering the mission complete.
The audio of the cutscene of this mission can be found on the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories files as a placeholder for the cut mission "Faking It".^[1]
