And second, yo, you know that shop you had put in? My man Zach thinks he got what it takes to go half-legit. Yeah, I know, I know... it's come to that. Repairs and custom jobs. You do the work, you make the delivery... but shit, you get paid.”
Bike Service is a feature in Grand Theft Auto Online introduced in The Criminal Enterprises update.
Description[]
It needs service and a few extras put on it. You just gotta sign off and deliver. It's easy money, yo. Take a look when you're back.”
After purchasing a Motorcycle Club Clubhouse, the GTA Online Protagonist will receive a call from Malc explaining the club's expansion into "semi-legitimate business" by Zach Nelson and will occasionally receive bikes from customers to be customized to their specifications and delivered, a similar operation to the Auto Shop Service in the Auto Shop. As this is a legitimate side-line, the player does not need to be registered as an MC Club president to undertake this work, though they cannot be registered as a CEO to deliver, and will be asked to become a "gang boss" to start the delivery.
Just like the Auto Shop, the player has the option to buy the customer bike, either before or after it is serviced. Any upgrades undertaken will be included on the purchased bike, though they can be adjusted at any vehicle workshop later.
If the player is registered as an MC Club President and has other members in their club, the other players are unable to perform the service or take the bike out of the clubhouse, but they can take over the delivery after the president spawns outside. Other players can watch the service take place in Zach's workshop if they are inside the clubhouse at the time.
Once a customer vehicle is in the Clubhouse, it will remain there until the player deals with it and will not disappear when switching sessions (unless something happens to cause the game to disconnect from Rockstar's servers before a save can occur). The player needs to service and modify the vehicle based on the randomized customer requirements. Additional upgrades above and beyond the customer's specifications can be made, at the risk of potentially earning a bonus or receiving less than what the customer was willing to pay, depending on if they liked the additions or not; one known exception to this is Wheel Color. Modifications cost a pre-set fee depending on the class of the vehicle. This fee is repaid on delivery.
Once the modifications are complete, the vehicle needs to be delivered to the customer. Any damage sustained en route to the delivery address will be deducted from the payment. Other players are not notified when a player is delivering a vehicle, and if another player destroys the customer vehicle, the offending player will earn a Wanted Level.
If the vehicle is destroyed, either by the player or an opponent, it will simply re-spawn back in the Clubhouse to be delivered. It will not need to be re-modified. This will also happen if the player switches sessions in the middle of a delivery, which can be handy if the vehicle was significantly damaged. The random delivery location will be reset and may not be the same as the original.
There is an unseen time limit of 30 minutes (real time) to deliver the vehicle. A countdown timer will appear on the lower right of the HUD with 5 minutes left to deliver. Players are effectively free to use the customer bike during this time. If they exit the vehicle, it will be marked on their radar with an icon. If a player fails to deliver in time, the vehicle is free to be used by them for the duration of the session, provided they do not reactivate the delivery from their Auto Shop, upon which the failed delivery instance will immediately de-spawn.
Upon delivery a small cutscene will show the player handing the keys to a random NPC and the payment will be made direct to the players bank account. The NPC animation will vary depending on the condition of the delivered bike.
Malc will then text the player a message, with the content dependant on the condition of the delivered vehicle.
The next customer vehicle can then arrive in the shop and either Malc will notify the player via text message that another bike has arrived to be serviced or an onscreen pop-up will advise the same.
The time between arrivals depends on a timer. There will be at least 30 minutes real time[1] before there is a 50% chance that the next bike can arrive. If a bike does not arrive after the first day another day will elapse before another 50% chance. If the second chance does not spawn a bike, there is a further random 0-10 minute timer to spawn a bike with 100% chance, meaning a maximum of 1 hour 10 minutes real time between deliveries.

Oversights[]
- Malc's text message will be unchanged in the event of a satisfaction bonus or penalty; it will indicate a normal delivery.
- Some players may encounter the issue that they cannot receive the customers' bikes.
- The jerky cutscene animation glitch also noted with Auto Shop vehicle deliveries (in which the player and sometimes the receiving NPC may randomly appear to jump up and down as they interact) may occur; this does not impact the outcome of the delivery.
- The player's personal vehicle may despawn after completing the motorcycle servicing, even if the player chooses not to immediately deliver it.
- Upon leaving the clubhouse, there may be a slight delay in world scenery solidifying. This can cause an issue with deliveries from some locations, such as the Rancho clubhouse, which requires waiting for a gate to open before leaving the yard; the gate may not immediately spawn and proceed to damage the bike when it does, if the player is driving out at the time and runs into it as it appears.
- After the Bottom Dollar Bounties update, when a delivery is completed, the customer's bike in the cutscene was replaced by a red Hermes. This was merely a visual glitch and did not impact the outcome of the delivery.
- This was patched in a subsequent background update.
