The location in the Vice Point Mall is far more spacious and is accessible to the player. A bar stands to the right of the entrance and to the left a large dining area can be found, separated into two parts by a barrier, which holds eleven tables in total - six on one side and five on the other.
By 1986 (the setting of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City), both restaurants appeared to have closed down. The Vice Point Mall branch has become an unnamed clothing store, while the Downtown branch has become an unknown business.
- The name is most likely a reference to Emilio Barzini, the main antagonist from the legendary crime novel The Godfather.
