The unnamed Bail Enforcement Agents are two minor characters appearing in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Bottom Dollar Bounties update.

Upon purchase of a Bottom Dollar Bail Office, the player has the option of hiring up to two agents for an additional $750,000 each.
The player can send the agents to do some offscreen bounty hunting in order to make additional passive income in the bounty hunting business. After sending them out, it takes 48 minutes for them to return to the player's Bail Office.
When not bounty hunting, the agents can be seen working at their desks at the Bail Office.

They can be tracked from the Pause Menu in Stats > Awards > Bottom Dollar Bounties.
