The BMX Time Trials are a set of side missions available in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. They're available from the beginning of the game by riding a BMX parked around the dirtbike tracks in Downtown Vice City. This side missions substitute the Trial by Dirt sub-mission that takes part here in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
These missions are required for 100% completion of the game.
The side mission consists of eight courses that get unlocked as the player progressively beats each of them. The objective is to finish a 3-lap race within a time limit by hitting the checkpoints spread around the dirt-track.

- Course 1: 1:25
- Course 2: 1:30
- Course 3: 1:20
- Course 4: 1:35
- Course 5: 1:45
- Course 6: 1:40
- Course 7: 1:35
- Course 8: 2:40
Rewards[]
$100 will be given to the player for completing each course and $2500 for completing all eight courses. The player will also get a $10 bonus if they execute a ramp jump that is more than 8 meters long. The player can keep playing this mission once completed. Each time the time record is beaten, the player receives a higher monetary prize.
