The Armour Shoppe is a unique type of garage featured in Grand Theft Auto: London 1961.
Description
They replace the bomb-fitting garages of the first games.
Here one of the vehicles in the game can be fitted up with thick armor plating to make it much tougher to damage, akin to a Royal Pain or Tiger Tank. It costs £500 to armor a vehicle.
The first Armour Shoppe visited will be the one in the Southwest Westminster area of London owned by mechanic / armorer Bobby and associate of the Cartwright Gang who will armor your London Cab for an early mission.
Trivia
- "Armour Shoppe" is an old-English way of saying "Armor Shop". One of Harold Cartwright's men refer to it as "Ye Olde Armour Shoppe."
