The garage is located under the elevated train tracks on the northwestern corner of Vespucci Circus, near the Governor Greg Johnson Projects. The garage's appearance is different in Grand Theft Auto IV (appearing as a small warehouse with two garage doors), and was changed specifically for The Ballad of Gay Tony.

The lock-up garage is used as a drop-off point during the mission Clocking Off, in which Luis helps Armando and Henrique protect a Dominican gang's drug shipment from the Spanish Lords and later delivering to the garage.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars[]
In 2009, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the lock-up is replaced by a mobile office for the nearby construction site.
