As with other businesses, the player must first conduct Setup work to start up this business. Setups contribute to the advancement of the business, as the site was largely abandoned and, therefore, not ready to operate at full capacity.
Description[]
The player needs to pick up the equipment to be used for the Arcade, paid for with seed money provided by Georgina Cheng. Initially, the player is tasked with going to a semi-random location, such as the GoPostal Building, Post OP Depository or The Secure Unit. Once they arrive, it turns out the personnel have been killed, with no sight of the Flatbed truck or the arcade equipment loaded onto it.
Lester immediately starts looking for the equipment through cameras and soon locates it, discovering the truck was jacked by opportunistic Kkangpae. The player has to recover it by chasing the Flatbed down, killing the driver and passenger, and driving the truck back to the arcade. Two cars of more Kkangpae will appear soon after, attempting to take the player out; the player can choose to kill them or ignore and outrun them.
Back at the arcade, the Protagonist backs the Flatbed up to the garage entrance, where Lester will start having Jimmy De Santa unload the equipment.
