Her mention is during one of the many references to viral "Meanwhile in Russia" stories given by Pavel's dialogue during The Cayo Perico Heist.

During the events of The Cayo Perico Heist, Anna is mentioned on one occasion during the scoping mission. If the GTA Online Protagonist takes a picture of a Forklift wreckage, Pavel mentions that his aunt Anna used to travel to work in a similar Forklift.
