Dr. Andy Smith is an unseen character in Grand Theft Auto V. He appears to hold the position of Chief Medical Examiner/Chief Coroner at the Los Santos County Coroner Office, County of Los Santos.

His office is accessible during the Dead Man Walking mission, where an IAA agent storms out of the office in order to attack the player. Nothing is known about him other than his position and the fact that he won the 'Coroner of the Year' award.
