Ameer is an American man who the Cultstoppers believe to have been abducted by the Epsilon Program, as of 2013.

Ameer can sometimes be seen at the Epsilon Building, along with Haylee, Jesse, Joscha and Tiana, the other four people that the Cultstoppers believe to be kidnapped.
Events of GTA Online: Los Santos Drug Wars[]
Ammer appears in the Epsilon Program's weed farm when the GTA Online Protagonist is sent to destroy it by Dax in a Fooligan Job. He will be armed with either a Pistol or Micro SMG to fight back as the player assaults the facility.

- Ameer's character model is available in the Director Mode, under the Gangs section as an Epsilonist, also along with the other four Cultstoppers people.
- Between 29 April and 27 May, 2013, anyone could apply to be cast as one of the five Epsilon characters. Ameer was one of the fans selected from the Epsilon Casting Event and is therefore modeled on the likeness of Ameer Carter.[1][2]
