As evidenced by a sign at its entrance, this restaurant is known for its rice balls, breads, and many more Italian foods. The player cannot eat at the restaurant as it is inaccessible and does not play any role in the storyline.

The restaurant sign is absent from the building in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.
