924 Las Lagunas Boulevard is an apartment building in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. Located in West Vinewood, Los Santos, it contains an apartment formerly occupied by Harvey Molina.
Description[]
The apartment is located on the first floor. It is relatively dirty and unkempt and consists of a main living area which contains a small kitchen with a sink and refrigerator. A large window can be seen facing the kitchen. It also features a coffee table and a chair, and two inaccessible doors can be seen.
The apartment cannot be accessed in regular gameplay and is only seen briefly during a mission cutscene. However, the layout of the apartment is recycled for low-end apartments in Grand Theft Auto Online.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
The apartment is visited by Michael De Santa so he can take Harvey's ID and supplies from him, which are needed to prepare for The Bureau Raid. The apartment is never seen nor mentioned afterwards.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
By 2024 and the events of the Agents of Sabotage update, Harvey Molina has seemingly moved out of his apartment, and an unnamed former FIB hacker has become the new tenant of the apartment. The hacker has modified the apartment to have a gated hallway in the living room, unlocked via fingerprint panel. The hallway leads to a downstairs base of operations and server room (reusing the interior from Stash Houses).
During The Project Breakaway File, the GTA Online Protagonist breaks into the apartment to steal a hard drive loaded with an encryption bypass needed for the mission. They hack into the fingerprint panel to break into the basement server room, take out several enemies guarding the room, and retrieve the hard drive.
