7953 Algonquin Boulevard is a numbered home in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Description[]
It is located on Algonquin Boulevard in Sandy Shores, Blaine County, at the corner of Niland Avenue and also backs on to Cholla Springs Avenue.
It consists of a multi-level home with a distinctive decorative windmill attached to the apex of the roof facing south. An external stairway on the east side leads up to a back door, with another east facing door downstairs. A garage faces north onto Cholla Springs Avenue.
A "Howdy Stranger" poster is attached to a wall east of the north facing front door and an "Our House" sign is on the west side of the entranceway. A sign on the wall indicates the home is being sold privately for $2,430.
Construction materials are visible in the yard and occasionally construction workers can be found on site, indicating it is being actively renovated.
It is inaccessible to the player outside missions.
Influences[]
The house is a replica of a real building at 9543 Avenue E, in Bombay Beach[1][2].
Events of GTA Online[]
A Stash House run by Rednecks may be present inside.
