1412 Hoarmount Avenue is the address of an un-named luxury hotel featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, which is located in Downtown Vice City. The hotel is used as Lance Vance's contact point during his mainland missions in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
