Rockstar Toronto (voorheen Rockstar Canada) is een in-house game development team voor Rockstar Games en Take-Two Interactive, gelegen in Oakville, Canada (een stad in de buitenwijken van Toronto). Het bedrijf werd omgedoopt tot Rockstar Toronto in 2002 nadat Rockstar Games het had gekocht van de in Vancouver gelegen Barking Dog Studios.
Hun meest bekende speller reeks is de Playstation 2 serie van Max Payne. Op dit moment in Rockstar Toronto bezig met het ontwerpen van Manhunt 2 voor de Nintendo Wii.
