El Cartel Cruiser o simplemente Cartel, es el auto (o más bien camioneta) que usan los colombianos miembros del Cartel Colombiano. Tiene buena resistencia y velocidad. Aparece en Grand Theft Auto III y en Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
